It’s recommended that you take 30 minutes of moderate intensity
physical activity on 5 or more days of the week.
If this sounds like a lot, don’t worry. The good news is that you
can split up the 30 minutes into two bouts of 15 minutes or 3 bouts
of 10 minutes activity. The important thing is that whatever
activity you do you should start to feel warm and experience an
