In creating this website we are
attempting to conform to the "Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines WCAG 1.0" » published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) »
These guidelines are widely regarded as the standard reference
for creating accessible websites.
We have taken care to comply with each of the 14 Priority 1
guidelines in this document, and, where possible, the Priority 2
guidelines. For example, so that the site is accessible by users
with vision impairment, all the textual (non-graphical) elements of
the site are enlargeable, and meaningful textual equivalents have
been provided for all of the graphical elements.
We also refer to the PAS 78 Guide "Guide to good practice in
commissioning accessible websites" document published by
the BSI British Standards
